Report a Scam
Reporting a scam protects the next person as much as you: it feeds the data that gets fraudulent sites taken down and mule accounts frozen. Choose where you are to find the official body to tell.

Before you report
Gather what you have — the website address, any messages, order confirmations and screenshots, plus dates and amounts. If you have lost money, contact your bank or card provider first, because speed is what recovers it; our guide to getting your money back sets out the order to work through. Reporting then hands investigators the detail they need, even in the many cases where your own loss cannot be undone.
Not sure what you are dealing with? The scam glossary defines the common types in plain English, and the field guide to common scams explains how each one works.
